2023 – 2024 Youth of Promise Grant Information

The Antioch Community Foundation is pleased to announce the Youth of Promise Fund, a partnership with the Contra Costa County Probation Department to provide micro-grants of up to $10,000 to support priority program/service areas described below for the period: October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024.

Grant Objective

The grant will target priority program/service areas that support and promote strategies and best practices that effectively prevent or reduce juvenile crime and provide youth and their families with opportunities to achieve, grow, and thrive. This includes:

  • Academic success and tutoring
  • Mentorship
  • Leadership development; civic engagement/social justice
  • Prevention activities; and/or 
  • Youth employment such as internships, or work-ready skills training, etc.

Nov. 17, 2023Grant awards mailed 
Aug. 30, 2024Grant reports are due
